Series³ 2400 PLC Based Receivers from Premier Pneumatics, Inc.
Premier Pneumatics, Inc.'s Series³ 2400 vacuum conveying system is designed to move powder, pellet, regrind or granular materials efficiently. Receivers are available in aluminum or 316 stainless steel. Receivers can also be specified with stainless steel material contact areas only.
You can choose between a self-contained vacuum source mounted in the receiver's lid, or a central system vacuum blower.
Each receiver is equipped with a heavy-duty, cast discharge spout and one-piece stainless steel gate. Each section of the receiver is attached by quick-connect clamps to facilitate filter maintenance and receiver cleaning. This also provides variable rotation of each section to allow the receiver's inlet and outlet to be positioned for proper installation.
Single or dual inlets with tangential entry for efficient material/air separation are available. Single inlets have a check valve to permit more than one receiver to draw material from a common conveying line. Dual inlets allow the receiver to accept product from two material sources in an operator defined ratio. The ratio is controlled at the Central Controller.
All Series³ 2400 receivers are available with controls suitable for use with either a solid state microprocessor controller or a programmable logic controller. Both control systems utilize 24 VDC low voltage and are available with installation kits that are easy and economical.
Premier Pneumatics, Inc. designs and manufactures complete material handling systems, components, and controls, ranging from manually operated to PLC interfaces. Their skilled staff of engineers, technicians, and support personnel, in addition to their state of the art manufacturing and engineering capabilities, enable them to consistently deliver material handling solutions that have earned the trust of their customers.
