SMD, it has input voltage of 8 V and maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, while second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and satellite communication systems.

Fort Myers, FL - June 3, 2009 - Crystek's CVCO55CC-3318-3467 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 3318 MHz to 3467 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1V~16V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-3318-3467 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 8V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
