October 27, 2009 - Operating at 1,000-2,000 MHz with control voltage range of 1.0-20.0 V, CRBV55CW-1000-2000 features typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. VCO is enclosed in 1.25 x 1.25 x 0.58 in. aluminum enclosure with SMA connectors that enables plug-and-play integration. It has input voltage of 10 V, with max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 15.0 MHz and 5.0 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.

New 1000-2000 MHz RedBox VCO from Crystek Corporation


Fort Myers, FL - October 15, 2009 - Crystek's CRBV55CW-1000-2000 RedBox VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1000 MHz to 2000 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0~20.0V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5.5 dBm.

Crystek's RedBox line comprises VCOs enclosed in a robust aluminum enclosure (1.25" x 1.25" x 0.58") with SMA connectors, enhancing the VCO's durability and making integration of a VCO into any application an easy, plug-and-play option.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CRBV55CW-1000-2000 features an input voltage of 10V, with a max current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 15.0 MHz and 5.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.

The CRBV55CW-1000-2000 RedBox VCO is ideal for use in applications such as telecommunications, computers, radio equipment, base stations and other electronic applications.
