Allway's Spring-Loaded Utility Knife Offers Many Uses -- And a System to Reduce Possibility of Cuts and Puncture Injuries

Allway Tools' new spring-loaded retractable utility knife offers an innovative blade retraction system to avoid any possibility of injury, on the job--while featuring a wide variety of uses for home, office, plant and store.

With the new patented spring system on the Allway utility knife (#ARK), the blade remains extended only while thumb pressure is applied to the slider. The spring system automatically draws the blade back into the knife body, as soon as pressure is released.

The round-point blade on the utility knife further reduces any chance of puncture injury, and the overlapping nose provides for added blade security. Allway's push-button blade-change feature eliminates the need for a screw driver to change blades.

The same knife is also available with a 3 position locking slider, for use as a conventional knife (designated #PRK). A universal blade mounting system accepts all standard replacement blades.

Allway's "Try Me" blister card packaging allows the buyer to move the blade forward without damaging the package. The cards are colorful and product-descriptive and hang easily on pegboard or counter top merchandisers. For further information, see your distributor, or contact Allway Tools, Attn: PR Dept. 1255 Seabury Avenue, Bronx, New York 10462 or call (800) 42 ALLWAY (Customer Service).
