Cacheman 7 - the Computer Performance and Stability Optimizer
After three years of developement and beta test Outertech has released Cacheman 7, a Windows tuneup utility designed to improve the performance and stability of your computer by optimizing several caches, managing memory and fine tuning a number of system settings.
Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP/Server 2008/Vista/7 (all x86 and x64 editions)
Cacheman takes Memory Management to the next level. You can define which applications have the most importance to you. When your system runs out of RAM Cacheman will take it away from non essential programs and give it to the important ones. This is a drastic improvement to the default Windows memory management. You can even limit the RAM a specific application can use.

Oneclick-Optimization makes Cacheman suitable for novice and intermediate users yet it's also powerful and versatile enough for computer experts. Backups of settings ensure that all user modifications can be reversed with a single click. Cacheman uses minimal resources and virtually no CPU time.
Unlike other tuneup utilities, Cacheman runs as a system service, minimizing resource usage and tweaking Windows at system-level. Cacheman offers several handy process managements functions like Kill Process, a feature that helps removing crashed, non responsive programs from memory. You can use it as a Task Manager replacement.
Cacheman costs $29/EUR25 for a single computer license (multi computer and site licenses are available).
