Konecranes Introduces the AGD Grab Unloader for Performance and Reliability
SPRINGFIELD, OH (June 30, 2008)-Konecranes, a global leader in the manufacturing of overhead lifting equipment introduces the AGD Grab Unloader. This product is the answer to the performance and reliability demands of modern bulk terminals.
The AGD Grab Unloader can lift from 16 to 65 tons (with special design up to 100 tons). It has an unloading capacity of up to 3000 tph. The outreach capacity is 30 to 50 meters and the backreach capacity is up to 40 meters. The hoist moves at a rate of 180 m/min and the gantry travels at up to 30 m/min. The closing and trolley speeds are both 180 m/min. This eco-friendly product covers all capacities and site conditions from barge unloading to the largest ocean-going bulk carriers.
