Providing all functions of proximity, polarized retroreflex, and through beam, S50 Series is operated via IP67 sealed potentiometer, or using EASYtouch(TM) push-button teach system, which allows for automatic setting of switching points. Sensors come in flat plastic tubular housing, suited for M18 nut or screw mounting, or metal cylindrical housing featuring cable or M12 connection with EN standard NPN or PNO NO-NC configuration. Class 1 laser emission and analog displacement are available.

ASI Introduces the S50 Universal Tubular Sensors
Mechanicsburg, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect, Inc. (ASI) is pleased to announce the release of the universal tubular sensors line. The S50 series offers all optical functions of proximity, polarized retoreflex and through bream. Also available with class 1 laser emission, added advanced functions of background suppression, background /foreground suppression, analogue displacement and contrast and luminescence, allowing the S50 series to act as one housing for all applications.
The S50 is carried out-by either potentiometer, which is sealed to IP67, or using the EASYtouch(TM) push-button teach system, which allows for a rapid and precise automatic setting of the switching points. This sensor is a flat plastic tubular housing, ideal for M18 nut or screw mounting or metal cylindrical housing and cable or M12 connection with EN standard NPN or PNO NO-NC configuration.
