Designed for CT3 Texture Analyzer, TA-CSF Circular Support Fixture supports irregular items like fresh fruit while texture tests are performed. Tester can calculate, through compression and tensile data, variety of physical properties that have proven to be correlated to human sensory evaluation of food and other consumer products. System provides 6 built-in test modes, 5 load ranges up to 50 kg, and 10 memory slots for operator-protected tests with administrator rights.

Brookfield Engineering Laboratories offers the TA-CSF Circular Support Fixture for their CT3 Texture Analyzer. The Circular Support Fixture is designed to support irregular items like fresh fruit while texture tests are performed. In this example an apple is seated in the TA-CSF while a TA-MTP Magness-Taylor probe is used to measure firmness. Brookfield works with customers to develop consistent testing methodologies, even for irregular shaped items.
