Featuring 12 digits of frequency resolution and 40 ps of time interval resolution, Model 1105 offers built-in statistics and math functions that may be used when analyzing display mean, min/max, delta, and standard deviations. Real-time DSP accelerates measurement, while scale and offset can be used to compensate for systematic occurrences. Measurement capabilities cover Rise/Fall Time, Phase, Event Count, Voltage Peak, Time Interval, Frequency (6 GHz), Pulse Width, and Duty Cycle.
