Ultrafiltration Systems to Extend Solution Life of Cleaning Baths
PROCECO introduces a new product to treat industrial wastewater, PROCECO UF, an ultrafiltration system designed to remove emulsified oils from parts cleaning solution baths, extending solution life up to six times. Furthermore, the filtration process reduces chemical consumption and improves cleaning result quality. The system’s crossflow filtration configuration allows continuous flow rate and prevents premature oil fouling of membranes.
PROCECO UF systems feature high-quality ceramic membranes, which have been selected for their superior mechanical and chemical resistance properties, providing very long membrane service life. In addition, the ultrafiltration unit is equipped with an integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place), reducing membrane maintenance requirements and reducing cleaning costs. PROCECO UF systems are available in capacities of 500, 1200, and 3200 USgal/day.
