January 23, 2014 - Available in wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, and 405 nm, FireEdge™ FE300 Systems are intended for high-power pinning and full-curing of adhesives, coatings, and inks. Scaling feature allows air-cooled units to be stacked end-to-end with contiguous, uniform UV output. Various optical features can be ordered to shape UV light for edge curing/banding while exhaust air is directed away from substrate surface. With hub, users can power and control up to 5 units.

Targets high-power pinning and basic full-curing

Hillsboro, Oregon — Phoseon Technology announced today the availability of new UV LED products targeting pinning and curing of adhesives, coatings and inks. The new FireEdge™ FE300 air-cooled products offer higher peak irradiance in a similar small form factor as the earlier generation of FireEdge products. Additionally, Phoseon’s unique scaling feature allows units to be stacked ‘end to end’ with contiguous, uniform UV output. These units are available in 365, 385, 395, 405nm wavelengths. A hub is also available that allows users to power and control up to five units.
