October 28, 2009 - Operating from 200-400 MHz with tuning voltage range of 1-16 Vdc, V350ME24-LF has typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and typical tuning sensitivity of 16 MHz/V. RoHS-compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) delivers typical output power of 3 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 16 mA (typ) over -20 to +55°C range. Typical second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc, and MINI-14S package measures 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.22 in.

VCO: V350ME24-LF Features Low Phase Noise


Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V350ME24-LF in UHF-band. The V350ME24-LF operates at 200-400 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 1-16 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 16 MHz/V.

The V350ME24-LF is designed to deliver a typical output power of 3 dBm at 10 Vdc supply while drawing 16 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -20° to 55° C. This VCO features typical second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and comes in Z-Comm's standard MINI-14S package measuring 0.5 in. x 0.5 in. x 0.22 in. It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements. The V350ME24-LF is also ideal for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
