The Extech RC200 is a small, hand-held tool with selectable auto-/manual-ranging used to measure AC/DC voltage, capacitance, resistance, continuity, and diode function in circuit. For one-hand operation, squeeze the tweezers around a surface mount component or test point for automatic component identification and testing. For ease of use, an adjustment dial allows the user to optimize the tweezers' spacing. Unlike similar tweezers-style meters, the RC200 adds versatility with tweezer tips that can be removed and swapped with a test leads adaptor for voltage readings up to 600V.
The lightweight, ergonomic RC200 is ideal for users who typically debug PCBs, test onboard components, sort loose SMD components (as small as 0201 case type), and other electrical measurements demanding precision access. Plus, swappable test leads extend the range of electrical and electronic testing applications.
