Available as 2 pre-assembled 38 x 30 x 29 in. models, heavy-duty cabinets enable safe, efficient storage of Ultra®/thick turret tooling. Each of 5 drawers, individually rated for 400 lb load, is organized into rows of slots that hold complete assemblies as well as individual punches, dies, strippers, canisters, and guides. While both cabinet models hold ½ in. A, ¼ in. B, 2 in. C, and 3 ½ in. D station tooling components, one model also holds 4 ½ in. E station tooling components.

Mate Introduces Convenient, Heavy Duty Tool Storage Cabinets for Its Ultra® and Thick Turret Tooling
Anoka, Minnesota: Mate Precision Tooling now offers heavy duty tool storage cabinets for safe, efficient storage of its Ultra® and thick turret tooling.
Available in two models, these pre-assembled storage cabinets are designed to organize tooling components so that setups are easier and faster. No hunting for a missing tool component. Each of the five drawers is organized into rows of slots that hold complete assemblies and individual punches, dies, strippers, canisters and guides. All components have their own individual slots so everything stays organized. No loose components to get lost or damaged.
All cabinet drawers feature a 400 lb. load capacity and each has a different sidewall height for full cubic storage capacity. Both cabinet models hold 1/2" A station, 1-1/4" B station, 2" C station and 3-1/2" D station tooling components. The difference between models is that one also holds 4-1/2" E station tooling components. For 1/2" A station tooling, both cabinet models hold 30 complete assemblies, 33 Ultra punches, 33 Ultra strippers, 16 Ultra canisters, 102 dies, 12 original style punches and 16 guides. Both cabinet models hold similar quantities of the 1-1/4" B Station, 2" C station and 3-1/2" D station tooling components.
To facilitate tooling setup, each cabinet includes an Ultra/thick turret torque stand, a 3/8" drive torque wrench, and 10 mm hex key for assembling punches, guides and other components. The cabinet top has a useful thick rubber mat surface for tool placement prior to setup or storage. This protects both cabinet and tooling. Also, both cabinet models have extra drawer space for miscellaneous tools, hardware and reference manuals.
Equipped with built-in security lock with key, both cabinet models measure 38" high x 30" wide x 29" deep and have an attractive, durable white baked enamel finish.
