New Super Duty Turntable Line Offers Added Features
Advance Lifts, Inc of St. Charles, Illinois has developed a new line of Super Duty powered turntables, which provide heavier end capacity to handle loads rolled over the edges of the platform, and more precise positioning capabilities to handle applications requiring more exacting positioning. To handle heavier rolling loads over the edges of the platform, the turntables are equipped with ring bearings rather than cam rollers or casters. To provide more precise positioning, the turntables are equipped with a gear drive with variable AC controls, rather than a chain drive with DC controls.
The turntables are available in capacities up to 10,000 lbs. with various platform size options. Turntable motors are 3 and 5 HP. for heavier duty performance. Advance also makes standard duty powered and non-powered turntables for general industrial applications.
