The New FUJI ANW-4100 High Volume Twin Spindle Turning Center for Precision Parts Reduces Cycle Time With Less Manpower and More Automation

Vernon Hills, IL - (August 17, 2005) The new ANW-4100 is FUJI's latest in high output automated lathes, combining front and back machining in one machine. This twin spindle lathe is built for high efficiency when producing high-volume precision parts at high speeds. The ANW-4100 is equipped with the FUJI MAX SP1 Controller that automatically calculates fluid robotic motion, maximizing efficiency. Built-in automation is provided with the FUJI 4-axis rack and pinion swing arm robot. This FUJI robot features faster and smoother simultaneous multi-axis movement to access the front, back, left and right of the traverse axis, and to achieve minimum cycle times. The ANW-4100 is a 3000 rpm twin spindle machine with 30 hp and a 12-position turret.
