October 7, 2003 - Stainless steel FloClean(TM) offers flow ranges from .3 to 400 gpm with accuracy up to ±1%. Signal output is sine wave proportional to volumetric flow. Sanitary clamp end connections range from ¾ to 2½ in. NEMA 6 magnetic pick-up works on temperatures from -150 to 300°F. Flow meter withstands clean-in-place and sterilize-in-place environments, and complies with FDA requirements making it suited for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications.

Blancett® FloClean(TM) Turbine Flow Meter Meets 3A Sanitary Standards


Fort Worth, TX, September 2, 2003: The Blancett FloClean Sanitary Turbine Flow Meter can be utilized in a wide variety of food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. The FloClean meets all requirements for 3-A Sanitary Standards for flow meters. The FloClean meter is designed to withstand clean-in-place (CIP) and sterilize-in-place (SIP) environments, utilizing the most advanced polishing technologies on internal components.

Blancett's FloClean Sanitary Turbine Flow Meter provides accuracy, versatility and durability in a low cost superior design. The NEMA 6 magnetic pick-up is standard on all meters and works on temperatures from -150° to 300° F.

The FloClean signal output is a sine wave proportional to volumetric flow. Blancett also provides optional components for the FloClean, such as local flow rate and volume totalization that will interface with most instruments, PLC's and computers.
