Dual Layer Color-Coded PEEK Tubing features pigmented layer surrounding separate integrally-bonded inner layer of natural PEEK, separating pigments used to color code tubing from inside samples. Available in ID from .002-.030 in., 1/16 in. OD tubing features ID tolerance of ±.001 in. Standard sizes and colors include: .005 in. red; .007 in. yellow; .010 in. blue; .020 in. orange; and .030 in. green. Tubing is available striped or solid, and colorants are RoHS-compliant.

Dual Layer Color-Coded 1/16" PEEK® Tubing
VICI Valco's new Dual Layer Color-Coded PEEK Tubing eliminates any concern that a critical sample stream could be contaminated by pigments used to color code the tubing. It looks like any other color-coded tubing at first glance, but a closer look reveals that the pigmented layer surrounds a separate but integrally-bonded inner layer of natural PEEK. The pressure performance is equivalent to single-layer tubing.
The 1/16" OD tubing is available in OEM quantities with any ID specified, from .002" to .030". Standard ID sizes and colors are: .005" Red; .007" Yellow; .010" Blue; .020" Orange; .030" Green. The ID tolerance of ±.001" is equivalent to or better than that of tubing typically sold as premium grade. The tubing is available in a wide range of colors, striped or solid. All colorants used in the manufacture of our tubing are RoHS-compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).
