Designed to meet and exceed GMP standards, TFS 80-1 Tubefilling Machine provides optimal access to dosing system and all work stations. Clean, modular design facilitates thorough cleaning and reduces changeover times for size changes and fitting of different tube closing systems. With output rates to 100 tubes/min, machine employs horizontal tube transport system and servo-driven orbital tube transport system. Dosing range is 1-400 ml.

FAIRFIELD, NJ - IWKA PacSystems, a market leader in tube fillers, cartoners and blister pack machines, will introduce its new TFS 80-1 Tubefilling Machine at Booth # C2500, September 26-28, during Pack Expo 2005 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Meeting and exceeding GMP standards, the TFS 80-1 features peak operating efficiency, unmatched flexibility, and ease of operation with optimal access to the dosing system and all work stations. The clean, modular design of the TFS 80-1 allows for effortless and thorough cleaning and reduced changeover times for size changes and the fitting of different tube closing systems.
With an economical small footprint, the TFS 80-1 has an output of up to 100 tubes per minute. Additional key features include a horizontal tube transport system that allows for more efficient tube loading and a horizontal discharge for positive carton transfer; a servo-driven orbital tube transport system; exclusive servo drive technology; and flexible placement of dosing stations.
The IWKA TFS 80-1 is capable of handling standard tube diameters from 10-60 mm and tube lengths from 50-285 mm. It has a dosing range of 1-400 ml.
