With 400 lb lifting capacity, Manhole PowerArm(TM) reduces back strain and increases employee safety when lifting and replacing manhole covers. When driven within 3 ft of center of manhole cover, unit adjusts to user's location with 3 ft, 180° swing radius and double-jointed elbow that allows positioning of magnet in center of manhole cover. Featuring welded, tubular steel construction, it fits into 2 in. square trailer hitch and comes with electric or manual winch control.

Truck Mounted Manhole Cover Lift
Significantly reduce back strain and increase employee safety when lifting and replacing manhole covers with IMI's new truck mounted Manhole PowerArm(TM).
No more heavy, manual lifting! Just drive within 3 feet of the center of the manhole cover and the PowerArm(TM) adjusts to your location with a 3ft., 180° swing radius and a double-jointed elbow that allows the positioning of the magnet in the center of the manhole cover. Once the magnet is centered and turned to the "lock-on" position, use the winch control to lift the manhole cover from the rim and away from the opening.
The PowerArm(TM) allows quick, easy access to manhole openings and minimizes lifting concerns for an aging or gender diverse workforce. Ideal for survey or pumper crews, the PowerArm(TM) folds to the bumper for easy transportation and fast setup.
