Featuring 2 SPDT micro switches rated for 20 A at 120, 240, or 480 Vac, Model TA-2 TPS indicates when tripper of shuttle conveyor is located on multiple discharging point. Switch actuation is bi-directional, and roller orientation is field adjustable via hex bolt. Measuring 3 in. dia x 1 5/8 in. wide, white acetyl roller withstands pressure, wear, and chemical attack. Cast aluminum enclosure offers NEMA 4 weatherproof rating or NEMA 7/9 explosion-proof rating.

Tripper Position Switch
Conveyor Components Co. is pleased to announce the addition of a Tripper Position Switch (TPS) to their product line of belt alignment controls. The model "TA-2 TPS" is designed to indicate when the tripper of a shuttle conveyor is located on a multiple discharge point.
This device is a heavy-duty style control with two SP/DT micro switches rated for 20 amps at 120 VAC, 240 VAC, or 480 VAC. The switch actuation is bi-directional, and the roller orientation is field adjustable with a simple hex bolt adjustment. The white acetyl roller is bi-directional, measures 3" in diameter by 1-5/8" wide, and will withstand pressure, wear, and chemical attack. The housing is a rugged cast aluminum enclosure rated for NEMA 4 weatherproof, or NEMA 7/9 explosion proof. Epoxy coating available as an option.
