Dual roll models 25TW (intermittent motion) and 45TW (continuous motion) provide alternative to single roll print registered tray wrapping. They enable existing and new ARPAC tray shrink wrappers to run print registered films on top film of package. Systems will wrap any unitized or tray-packed product, including random pack sizes. Graphics on trays can be seen through clear film, while print registered film on top blocks individual product label UPCs.

The ARPAC GROUP, leaders in shrink packaging equipment, is pleased to announce the addition of a print registered film option to models 25TW intermittent motion, and 45TW continuous motion dual roll tray shrink wrappers. This economical alternative to single roll print registered tray wrapping, enables existing and new ARPAC tray shrink wrappers to run print registered films on the top film of the package.
The industry standard tray wrappers are part of a dependable line of shrink packaging systems designed to service a wide range of industries, particularly food and beverage. These systems will wrap any unitized or tray-packed product, including random pack sizes. The 25TW and 45TW with print registered film feature, is ready to ship in as little as four weeks from the order date.
The print registered film feature is available as a retrofit on all existing ARPAC dual roll 25TW and 45TW tray shrink wrappers in the field.
