General Cable Launches European-Compliant Polyrad® LSZH EN Transit Cables

EN product standards are European-adopted transit industry specifications that are quickly becoming accepted around the globe.  General Cable’s rolling stock EN cables are produced in its Willimantic, Connecticut plant; the only North American wire and cable facility that is IRIS Certified and ISO 9001:2008 Compliant. As a complete value-add solution, General Cable’s plant in Piedras Negras, Mexico, also an IRIS Certified and ISO 9001:2008 Compliant facility, provides connectorized assemblies for our transit partners.
