Liquid Control Corp. Introduces the Titan PF Progressive Cavity Transfer/Metering System for One Gallon Containers
N. CANTON, OHIO — February 6, 2004— Liquid Control Corp., the Knowledge Leader in Dispensing Equipment , introduces their addition to the Titan series of material supply systems – the Titan PF. The Titan PF utilizes progressive cavity metering pump technology to transfer highly filled, abrasive and shear sensitive materials from one gallon shipping containers to a variety of dispense valves.
The Titian PF system includes a one gallon sized follower plate, dual air cylinder ram, progressive cavity transfer/metering pump, AC brushless motor and controls. The Titan PF may be used as a metering system utilizing an on/off valve at the point of dispense. Or, the Titan PF may used as a transfer system to supply material to a positive displacement dispense device such as the Dispensit® Model 1053 metering rod valve or the Dispensit® PosiFlow progressive cavity metering pump. The Titan PF is ideal for integration with automated equipment for applying thermally conductive and other highly filled materials.
The Titan PF is available in a wide range of progressive cavity metering pump diameters to meet application flow rate requirements. Within the range of each progressive cavity metering pump, flow rates are infinitely adjustable through the AC motor control providing optimal system performance and flexibility. Also, various materials of construction are available to address chemical compatibility issues.
