Based on high performance acrylic technology, models 7772 and 7775 transfer adhesives are available in 2 and 5 mL thickness, respectively, and offer shear resistance at both room and elevated temperatures. Properties include good peel adhesion to materials with high surface energy and balanced peel adhesion to surfaces with low energy. Products are suited to bonding with plastic surfaces such as polycarbonate, ABS, and talc-filled polypropylene.

Adchem Corporation has developed two new transfer adhesives based on high performance acrylic technology. These products, available in a 2 mil thickness as 7772 and a 5 mil thickness as 7775, offer exceptional shear resistance at both room and elevated temperatures.
Additional properties of these adhesives include good peel adhesion to materials with high surface energy and balanced peel adhesion to surfaces with low energy. These products are exceptionally well suited to bonding with automotive grade plastic surfaces such as polycarbonate, ABS and talc-filled polypropylene. Moderate tack offers exceptional short term repositionability. These products have been tested in numerous industrial applications, ranging from membrane switches to applying decorative surfaces to fishing lures.
