Rayven to Launch Line of Custom Transfer Adhesives
New products to be exhibited at CMM International Show
CHICAGO, IL (April 18, 2005) – Rayven Inc., a leading provider of laminating, coating and converting services, today announces the introduction of a new line of custom transfer adhesives called the ‘ 5000 Series’ Rayven will launch 2 and 4 mil (50 and 100m) transfer adhesives immediately. Common widths include sizes of 12”,18”, 24”, and 27”.
The ‘5000 Series’ provides high adhesion to a variety of surfaces. Like all Rayven products, the new transfer adhesives are of the highest industry standard. Standard length is 180 yards. Longer lengths, up to several times standard length, are available depending upon width. This tape is used for joining a wide variety of similar and dissimilar materials where high bond strength, high temperature, performance and excellent UV resistance are required.
Rayven has leveraged its adhesive coating abilities with its latest technology silicone release liner coating to create the custom transfer adhesives line. The product is ideal for application without primers or surface preparation. The transfer adhesive has high initial tack and unmatched long term adhesion with optical clarity and exceptional temperature and chemical resistance.
Possible applications include: The special high shear adhesive resists ooze and movement making it ideal for POP Displays, nameplates and a wide variety of sub-surface and industrial applications.
