Network-ready, RadioNexus(TM) expands existing IP network to include LMR 2-way radio users. Available in VHF and UHF frequency band models, unit includes built-in RJ-45 connector and Type 3 E and M analog interface for connection to IP network using router or VoIP gateway. RadioNexus features 2 W transmitter, automatic ON, CTCSS or DCS signaling, wide or narrow band operation, BNC connector for external antenna, local speaker, and local microphone jack.

The Ritron RadioNexus(TM) network-ready LMR base station transceiver is available in VHF and UHF frequency band models. A built-in RJ-45 connector and Type 3 E&M analog interface allows easy connection to the IP network using a simple router or VoIP gateway.
When connected to the IP network via a router or VoIP gateway the Ritron RadioNexus(TM) enables compatible LMR radios to communicate across the IP network to any other networked device (i.e. PC, laptop, IP phone, cell phone) including two-way radios regardless of make, model, frequency band or signaling format (equivalent hardware/software may be required at opposite end). For even greater talk range and/or increased penetration in and around buildings, the RadioNexus(TM) can even be programmed to communicate with a radio repeater.
For maximum compatibility with other LMR radios the Ritron RadioNexus(TM) can be programmed to work with virtually any brand of VHF or UHF business band radios. Features include: PC programmability, rugged, all-steel, heavy-duty construction, 2 Watt transmitter, Automatic "ON" feature, CTCSS or DCS signaling, wide or narrow band operation, BNC connector for external antenna, local speaker, local microphone jack, small and compact size (only 1.4"H x 3.8"W x 5.6" L), wall or desk mountable, 110 VAC or 12 VDC operation.
