Rogers® Trailers for 2003 Feature Design Innovation

Albion, PA -- Rogers Brothers' 98 years of successful manufacturing is directly linked to their ability to address the ever-changing needs of the construction and hauling industries. Rogers'® state-of-the-art designs, superior quality and high reliability make the toughest hauling jobs easier. Innovations for 2003 include:

o Wheel pockets for increased overhead clearance;
o 20" loaded platform deck height on all 50 ton and above models;
o Boom wells and notched deck crossmembers for increased overhead clearance;
o E-Z load tag-along trailers featuring an 8° loading angle.

These innovations, plus other options and accessories, are available to enhance the performance of Rogers' five lowboy trailer series for 2003.

The cornerstone of the Rogers line is their Ultima(TM) Series 35, 50, 55 and 60 ton capacity trailers. The Ultima Series features unitized frames, No Foot® non-ground engaging goosenecks, boom wells, oak decking, heavy-duty air ride suspension, sealed beam lights and anti-corrosive undercoating. Cambered mainbeams, fabricated with 100k psi and 130k psi materials, reduce the trailer's tare weight while maintaining the strength and durability that are the hallmark of Rogers trailers.

Rogers Blacktop Series trailers are designed primarily for the paving contractor. You can choose from several "Gentle Riser" models with a deck-to-rear frame incline of 16°, and including designs with notched crossmembers and boom wells for the ever-present excavator, or the "Sloper" model designed with a 5° continuous incline to conveniently haul multiple pieces of paving equipment.

Rogers Fixed Gooseneck Series trailers combine the convenience of rear loading with time-tested designs. The 25 and 35 ton capacity production models have exceptional ground clearance and longer decks to haul a wide variety of equipment. Larger capacity custom models are also available.

Drawbar Series trailers, available in 20 and 25 ton capacity tag-alongs and a 20 ton capacity tilt top, are the ideal choice to quickly and easily load and haul smaller machines. Features include heavy-duty landing gear, long drawbars and rugged suspensions.

Specialized Models are built to individual customer specifications and are available in models to 100 ton capacities and up. A wide range of axle configurations, detachable axles, gooseneck lengths and extensions, deck sizes and styles, rear frame openings and cut-outs tame the toughest hauling challenges.
