July 1, 2003 - LaserTraceā„¢ modular, multi-point, multi-species analyzer detects molecular contaminant down to parts-per-trillion levels. It can detect H2O, O2, CH4, H2, CO, NH4, H2S, and HF in range of 100 ppt to 1000 ppm. Using fiber optic connections, unit affords remote monitoring of up to 4 different analytes at 4 sample points for as many as 4 different gases. It is calibration-free and transportable.

Tiger Optics Introduces New Trace Analyzer at SEMICON WEST

Warrington, PA (July 2003) - Tiger Optics will introduce a new product at SEMICON West, July 14-16 in San Francisco. The new LaserTrace will be highlighted at booth (#6456). Tiger Optics offers the first modular, multi-point, multi-species analyzer based on a powerful technology known as Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS). It provides a fast, accurate and easy-to-use means to detect molecular contaminant down to parts-per-trillion levels.

The LaserTraceā„¢ is a multi-species, multi-point, and multi-gas analyzer, capable of detecting many species, such as H2O, O2, CH4, H2, CO, NH4, H2S, and HF. Using fiber optic connections, the LaserTrace affords remote monitoring of up to four different analytes at four sample points for as many as four different gases. The detection range of the LaserTrace extends from 100 ppt up to 1000 ppm. It is also calibration-free, low maintenance, robust, and transportable.
