It has integrated, bright display and uses STN LCD technology with 8 shades of gray. It has panel size of 7 1/8 x 5˝ x 2 in. deep. For I/O, model features onboard CsCAN port and can address 2048 digital in, 2048 digital out, 512 analog in, and 512 analog out.

Horner APG Introduces OCSLX…First High-Performance, Low-Cost, Monochrome Touchscreen All-in-One Controller
Indianapolis, IN (Feb. 23, 2004) –Horner APG’s new OCSLX model is the first monochrome touchscreen added to its extensive Operator Control Station (OCS) product line. OCS is a robust, reliable control product that combines a traditional controller…programmed in ladder logic… operator interface, I/O and networking into an integrated, all-in-one unit using a single software package. OCSLX has a fast 0.20mS/K typical) scan rate and significant memory capacity – supporting logic programs at least 128K in size with 32K of battery-backed registers. The OCSLX will be available May 2004.

For I/O, the OCSLX model features an onboard CsCAN port. CsCAN is a reliable, high-speed network for I/O and control. Users can choose between Horner APG’s SmartStix I/O – which is
DIN-rail mounted and connects directly to the network – or Horner APG’s SmartStack I/O, which stacks onto RCS bases. Users can also utilize both I/Os, and have over 50 I/O modules to choose from. In addition, the OCSLX model can address an impressive 2048 digital in, 2048 digital out, 512 analog in and 512 analog out.
