The ALOHA control unit is the world's first 7-in-1 touch display console, with a 10.2" or 12.1" wide touch screen control unit that allows access to a single computer via the VGA/DVI/USB KVMA (keyboard, video, mouse and audio) console.
IEI's ALOHA is a 10.2"/12.1" laptop design touch display console integrated with multiple functions, including keyboard, touchpad, webcam, microphone, speaker, earphone and five USB ports. Operators can carry only one compact and mobile ALOHA-12A instead of traditional separated peripheral devices. The ALOHA display console is also ideal for maintaining those devices which are embedded in wall such as KIOSK or ATM machines.
The ALOHA-12A features with convenient on-screen display (OSD) menus controlled by cap-sensor. The built-in two speakers and 300K pixel webcam along with the digital microphone can let lab operators host a video conference with maintenance staffs. The ALOHA-12A is also a 5-port USB 2.0 hub which optimizes the use of the single USB port by splitting it into five additional USB 2.0 ports for multiple USB devices.
Its ruggedized aluminum die-casting base with the IEI IQ VESA Mount design allows the ALOHA-12A to be used with a variety of mounting solutions such as wall mount, stand or zero footprint articulating arms compliant with the VESA flat panel mounting interface (FPMI).
