Adjustable divider enables carrier compartments to be configured from 6 x 16 x 4 in. to 86 x 16 x 9 in. All transactions, including violation reports, are recorded by FastPic software.

Remstar Light Sentinel Provides Secure Storage and Access for Specialty Tools
The new Remstar Light Sentinel® Specialty Tool Storage System offers secure, low cost, monitored access to up to 360 individual tools and items used in warehousing operations.
The Remstar Light Sentinel is a system of vertically rotating shelves that move up and down along a tracking guide, delivering stored items to an operator. To access the Remstar Light Sentinel, an operator enters or scans an employee ID number.
To retrieve or store a tool or item, the operator selects the items from an inventory list either by entering the part or SKU number or part description on the system's 12-inch SVGA touch panel. The carousel rotates to the exact shelf location, delivering the tool to an economically situated work counter. Light beacons indicate which part to pick. The system's photocell grid allows the operator to pick or remove only the selected item. If the photocell grid is broken, a strobe light beacon and piezo siren are activated to signal a system security breach. An optional video camera automatically e-mails a photo of the violator to a supervisor. All transactions, including violation reports, are recorded by FastPic Systems software.
The Remstar Light Sentinel comes from the factory fully assembled and ready to install. Its small footprint allows it to be installed close to point-of-use.
An adjustable security divider system enables carrier compartments to be configured for a variety of tool size options, ranging from approximately 6" wide x 16" deep x 4" tall to 86" wide x 16" deep x 9" tall. Safety features include operator protection light beams; photocells for product overhang prevention, safety switches for the lower front control panel, hand crank and motor temperature, and a 7:1 safety factor for the drive system.
Options include a bar code scanner, video capture camera, lock boxes, FastPic software upgrades, and custom colors.
