BIG Kaiser Offers Integrated HSK Spindles on Speroni Tool Presetters

BIG Kaiser Precision Tooling Inc. has announced the development of Integrated Automatic Mechanical Clamping HSK Spindles for Speroni Models STP-34, STP-35 and Esperia tool presetter machines. This new product enhancement provides features that previously were not available on any smaller tabletop tool presetter, and also a lower cost option for larger Speroni Esperia machines with integral spindles. The new system applies a tool clamping force of 440 pounds to seat HSK tooling into the tool presetter spindle similarly to the way it is drawn into a machine tool spindle, providing exacting precision and repeatability.

The integral spindle design can accommodate tooling in dedicated sizes of HSK 25 up to HSK 80, and as with all new developed Speroni products the spindles are completely field retrofittable to existing Speroni tool presetter machines in the customers facility.

Tool measuring and presetting machines not only minimize set-up time and increase machine productivity through off-line tool preparation, they also improve tool life and accuracy through balanced chip loads. BIG Kaiser offers a wide range of tool measuring and presetting systems to meet your needs.
