Bat style toggles range from 12.0–18.0 mm in length and are brass with chrome plating. Panel sealed locking lever versions are rated to IP67 and prevent accidental actuation. Panel-mounted with 12.0 mm threaded bushings, products conform to standard panel cut outs and offer solder lug, screw lug, and quick connect terminal options.

NKK Switches’ S Series Available in Low and Medium Capacity
New Series of Toggle Switches Designed for Unique Applications
Scottsdale, Ariz. (July 6, 2005) - NKK Switches, which continues to lead the electromechanical switch industry with its commitment to provide a full range of switch solutions for today’s demanding marketplace, offers its S series of toggle switches in low and medium capacity. The series rounds out NKK’s complete product offering of electromechanical toggles.
Designed with an understanding of the robust requirements for the actuation of these types of devices, NKK’s family of S series supports design engineers faced with unique application designs in areas such as light industrial, food equipment and automotive test equipment. This series of toggle devices encompasses many circuit options including single-pole through four-pole models, in two or three positions.
Both inductive and resistive ratings are included in the specifications with electrical capacities ranging from 3A to 25A. All are panel mounted with 12.0-mm threaded bushings, which conform to standard panel cut outs. Bat style toggles range from 12.0mm to 18.0mm in length and are brass with chrome plating.
Design engineers, depending upon application requirements, can request devices with flatted levers constructed of black PBT resin. In addition, panel sealed locking lever versions are rated to IP67 and prevent accidental actuation.
Terminal options vary upon the model chosen and include solder lug, screw lug and quick connect. Optional accessories include splash proof boots, ON-OFF plates and conical nuts.
