Organized in plastic injection molded case, HE4850 8 mm Toe Clamp Kit contains elements that toe clamp workpieces to wire EDM table when tooling systems are not in use. Kit includes 4 hardened SS low profile toe clamps that allow max obstruction of 0.275 in. above work piece, and 20 hexagon spacers of two different lengths. It incorporates 8 mm socket head cap screws and set screws of different lengths and quantities, along with suitable hex keys and wrenches.

Hirschmann Clamp Kit for Wire EDM Now Available
HIRSCHMANN Engineering U.S.A., Inc., Buffalo Grove, Illinois, announces the availability of the HE4850 8mm Toe Clamp Kit for wire EDM tables. Organized in a sturdy plastic injection molded case, the kit contains various elements that can be used to toe clamp workpieces to the wire EDM table when tooling systems are not in use.
Included in the kit are four (4) hardened stainless steel low profile toe clamps that allow a maximum obstruction of 7mm (0.275") above the work piece. Twenty (20) hexagon spacers of two different lengths are included for the building of various stand-off heights. In addition, the case holds stainless steel 8mm socket head cap screws and set screws of various lengths and quantities. Suitable hex keys and wrenches are also included.
The HE4850 8mm Toe Clamp Kit is available for immediate delivery. The H2850 6mm Toe Clamp Kit, which includes the same elements, is also available.
