Designed with special top tooling, 4 in. Model 450 mounts on pallet, which installs on bed of customer's machine. Pick-and-place arm picks up parts after they are finished in front 2 chucks and transfers them to rear 2 chucks for finishing. All hosing is routed under plate for actuation of chuck's jaws. Constructed with Class 80 ductile iron body and hardened steel master jaws, chuck has max jaw opening of 0.100 in. and max recommended speed of 3,000 rpm.

The Model 450 Air Chuck (with special top tooling) mounts on a Pallet which installs on the bed of the customer's machine.
The machine's pick-and-place arm picks up the parts after they are finished in the front (2) chucks and transfers them to the rear (2) chucks for finishing. All hosing is routed under the plate for actuation of the chuck's jaws.
