November 30, 2010 - Machined from steel and stainless steel in 1-piece, 2-piece, and hinged styles, Large Threaded Shaft Collars can be single point threaded to customer requirements with bearing-, ACME-, stub ACME-, UNC/UNF-, and multi-start threads. Units can also be customized with spanner wrench slots, face holes, and other special requirements. Supplied in quantities from one to production volumes, collars are suited for mining conveyors, petrochemical, heavy construction, and defense and excavation machinery.

Large Threaded Collars Custom Machined and Single Point Threaded


Large diameter shaft collars which can be single point threaded to customer requirements and supplied in volumes from quantity one are being introduced by Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford Large Threaded Shaft Collars feature bore sizes up to 16" I.D. with varying O.D.s and can be single point threaded to customer require-ments with bearing-, ACME-, stub ACME-, UNC/UNF-, and multi-start threads. Machined from steel and stainless steel in one- and two-piece and hinged styles, they can be supplied in quantities from one to production volumes.

Suited for a variety of uses in oversize conveyors and heavy equipment, Stafford Large Threaded Shaft Collars can be customized with spanner wrench slots, face holes, and other special requirements. Applications include mining conveyors, petrochemical, heavy construction, defense and excavation machinery, and other large-scale processing equipment.
