June 25, 2012 - Made from nylon 6/6, Thin Panel Bushings are designed for panels as thin as .020 in. and are available for .218-.875 in. diameter holes. Bushings feature locking fingers that snap into holes with fingertip pressure in fractional increments up to maximum panel thickness, and can withstand push back force of greater than 35 lb. In addition to creating smooth insulated holes, bushings insulate and mechanically protect electrical/telecommunications cables, tubing, hose, and rope.

Heyco Products, Inc., a leading ISO 9001:2008 US-based designer and manufacturer of wire protection products and power components, has announced availability of their new Thin Panel Bushings.

Made from nylon 6/6, the bushings are specifically designed for use in panels as thin as .020" (0,5 mm), are available in multiple sizes for use in .218" (5,5 mm) to .875" (22,2 mm) diameter holes, and easily convert raw-edged holes into smooth, neat, insulated holes. They also insulate and mechanically protect electrical and telecommunications cables, tubing, hose, rope, and utility lines.

The bushings feature locking fingers that snap into holes with fingertip pressure in fractional increments up to the maximum panel thickness, and can withstand a push back force of greater than 35 pounds.

Heyco Thin Panel Bushings are (UL symbol) recognized under the Component Program of Underwriters' Laboratories, File E15331; CSA Certified by Canadian Standards Association, File 8919; have a 94V-2 flammability rating; and have a material temperature index of 257F (125C) - maximum temperature on part not to exceed 221F (105C).
