Targeting surface heating applications, etched foil heatersácome in unique geometriesáandáare available with holes/cut-outs. Uniform watt densities promote accurate heat with accelerated thermal response times. Available outer materials include moisture- and chemical-resistant silicone rubber as well as high-dielectric strength polyimide film, which respectively offerámax exposure temperatures of 450 and 392░F andátotal thicknesses (with PSA backing) of 0.06 and 0.010 in.
