Epoxyset's Thermally Conductive Epoxy Adhesive, EB-127TC, is an aluminum metal filled, 2 part, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive. This adhesive is a toughened epoxy system that exhibits excellent bond strength (lap shear of >3500 psi), low chloride ion content, and is available in easy to use dual cartridges. EB-127TC also has low outgassing and a 60 minute work life making it an ideal choice for applications needing thermal conductivity and high volume efficiency. This product complies with the European Union’s “Restriction of Hazardous Substances” (RoHs) initiative and with European REACH regulations.
