I have thermocycler Tc-3000,but I can not applied on amplification kit (500/730 IC)of Canida albicans because it is give three choices of different thermocycler systems (1)Thermocyclers with active
temperature adjustment “GeneAmp
PCR System 2400” (Applied
Biosystems), “Palm Cycker”
(Corbett Research) and oth
(2)Thermocyclers with active
temperature adjustment
“GeneAmp PCR System 2700”
(Applied Biosystems
(3)Thermocyclers with block
temperature adjustment:
Biometra”, “MiniCycler”,
“PTC-100”(MJ Research)
please, any which choose from these
