MP3000 provides an economical system for testing protection relays, including differential types, and has six independently controlled current outputs.
MP3000 Series is designed to provide High current up to 30 Amp with high power.
The MP3000 series has received wide acceptance in China for field testing of Modern relays. It is rigged and compact, light weight but comes with powerful features.
MP3000 can be ordered as a standalone device or can be controlled by external PC. The standalone version has integrated windows OS and ready made test modules for testing relays quickly, or can be controlled by MP WIN software installed on PC, making it ideal for versatile field use.
MP Win software is very user friendly and easy to use by expert protection professional or a technician. It provides different ways to check relay settings. User can make test schemes for automated testing and generate test reports.
MP3000 has two independent sets of current generators and each can be configured as 3 x 30 A or 1 x 60 A AC/DC. Max current can reach up to 120 A . 30 A output is useful for checking 5 A relays.
A special output of 3 A can test High burden relays.
Maximum 9 Current generators and 8 voltage generators can be provided by MP3000 series.
The test kit can be ordered with variable Aux dc source. The user can optionally select features for transducer testing( analog inputs) , Meter testing, and GPS input for End to end testing.
MP3000 supports field/ factory testing of relays based on IEC 61850 standard without the need of external accessory. The MP Win software can play COMTRADE files and user can calibrate the kit easily on site using the software and a calibrated meter .
