They offer reduction in wiring time with integrated push button release. Suitable for solid and stranded conductors, terminal strips range in size from 12-28 AWG and are rated at 300 V, 10 A. WAGO Introduces New Spring Clamp Style


Germantown, WI, August 2002 - The new Cage Clamp S connection system is the latest innovation from WAGO Corporation. This new spring clamp connection is being featured for the first time on the 804 Series PCB terminal strips.

"This new clamping style combines the advantages of WAGO's push wire connector with those of our uniquely classic Cage Clamp spring connection," explains Jim Bachle, Electrical Products Manager at WAGO. "The 804 Series with the Cage Clamp S connection offers users the best of both."

In addition to the new clamping style, the 804 Series features an integrated push button release, reducing the amount of wiring time. The 804 Series is suitable for solid and stranded conductors, ranging in size from 12-28 AWG, and is rated at 300V, 10A. It is ideal for all printed circuit board applications across a wide variety of industries.

The 804 Series with the Cage Clamp S connection is available 3rd Quarter 2002 and is priced starting at $80 per 100.
