DIN rail mounted, EZ Jump terminal blocks provide 2 locations and housing insulation for PTC jumpers. Characteristics include grey color for multiple product compatibility, RoHs compliant materials, and housings molded of UL94V0 polyamide. Blocks are available in single, multiple, functional, and fuse levels as well as screw clamp and spring clamp wire terminations. Terminal blocks and PTC Easy Bridge System can be ordered as individual items or as complete assembly.

EZ Jump Terminal Blocks
Mechanicsburg, PA - Automation Systems Interconnect Inc. (ASI) is pleased to announce the release of a complete "new" line of DIN rail mounted IEC terminal blocks, EZ Jump Terminal Blocks. The entire range of EZ Jump terminal blocks has been designed around the easy to install plug in circuit jumper, PTC. The PTC jumper system is a comb of plug in jumpers that can be cut to any number of circuits by the user and it can be modified to allow for alternate circuit jumpers.
The EZ Jump terminal blocks are now available in screw clamp and spring clamp wire terminations. The EZ Jump family of terminal blocks includes single level, multiple level, functional, fuse and numerous other styles of terminal blocks to make a complete selection for the customer.
The gray color makes the EZ Jump terminal blocks visually compatible with other brands on the market. Housings are molded of a UL94V0 polyamide and all materials are RoHs compliant
Each of the terminal blocks feature 2 locations for the PTC jumpers. In addition, once the jumper is installed it is insulated and touch proof by being fully seated into the EZ Jump terminal block housing. The jumpers can then be easily removed with the use of a screwdriver for leverage inserted into the jumper slot and an insulator strip can be added over the jumper to provide visual identification of circuits with the PTC jumper installed.
The new EZ Jump terminal blocks and PTC Easy Bridge System can be ordered as individual items and assembled by the customer or they can be ordered as a complete assembly from ASI. Approvals for the CBC terminal blocks include UL, cUL, ATEX and KEMA.
