Microprocessor-based devices have no moving parts and can measure media temperatures from -58 to 302°F. Available with sanitary connections, transmitters are suited for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as automotive, machine tool, hydraulics, and batch temperature control applications.

The flexibility of switch configuration, mounting flexibility and sanitary connectors make Allen-Bradley 83xE switches suitable for a wide range of applications, and these new temperature transmitters are no exception. Bulletin 837E solid-state non-display temperature transmitters are PC-programmable with 4...20mA analog output. Featuring a compact, rugged 316L stainless steel IP67 housing, 837E non-display temperature sensors are ideal for automotive, machine tool, hydraulics and batch temperature control applications. They are also offered with sanitary connections for use in the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
