Electronic Development Labs, Inc. Introduces a Line of Needle Sensors

Electronic Development Labs, Inc. introduces a line of Needle Sensors used by companies to effectively monitor temperature in an insertion-based application.

EDL Needle Sensors are made of the finest grade of stainless steel alloys. They have an extremely fast response time, assuring accurate temperature readings in as little as 1/4 of a second. The user may choose between a full hypodermic grade needle or a soft stainless steel temper that allows bending and shaping to fit the application.

Needle Sensors are offered in three different configurations; blunt, sharp, or hypodermic sharp. All sensors are supplied in any diameter and length. In addition, Needle Sheaths may be obtained in various alloys, depending on availability and application.

Standard Needles use a grounded design for fast response. Needles with an ungrounded construction are also available. The standard ungrounded needle would be more suitable in environments with static, stray or EMF monitoring conductive solutions.
