Las Vegas, NV (April 8, 2002) - Telemetrics, Inc. has combined the capabilities of the company's renowned EP-S2 Televator Elevating Pedestal with the newly enhanced CTS-S2 Servo Controlled Camera Trolley System to form a highly economical robotic camera pedestal system. By combining the operations of the two previously autonomous camera robotic system components, the Televator Elevating Pedestal and Servo Controlled Camera Trolley System provides motorized tripod movement, pedestal
height adjustment and pan/tilt/zoom operation for a fraction for the cost of traditional robotic camera pedestal systems.
"By making our Televator system mobile, we have further expanded the range of motion we can control from a remote location. Telemetrics Televator Elevating Pedestal is a remotely controlled, motorized telescoping tripod that accommodates a Telemetrics Pan/Tilt Head. When combined with the company's Servo Controlled Camera Trolley System, the system can be
remotely operated to move about the studio floor on the trolley system. This provides the system operator with a new range of movement previously reserved to expensive roaming camera robotic pedestals for a fraction of the cost.
