It has separator/coalescer that removes free water and particulate contaminants to 5 microns without need for replaceable filter elements. Fuel conditioning unit restores fuel to pristine condition. Polymer line filter removes emulsified water and particulates to 3 micron.

New ALGAE-X(R) Mobile Tank Cleaning System
ALGAE-X International has announced its latest innovation in fuel conditioning technology. The MTC-1000 is a mobile tank cleaning system used to remove built up tank sludge and water that accumulates in fuel storage tanks. In the same operation, the MTC-1000 reconditions the fuel to restore Optimal Fuel Quality.
The MTC-1000 incorporates state-of-the-art components. Included is an RCI Separator/Coalescer that removes free water and particulate contaminants to 5 micron without the need for replaceable filter elements, an LG-X 3000 Fuel Conditioning Unit to restore fuel to pristine condition and an industrial type polymer fine filter that removes emulsified water and particulates to 3 micron.
The MTC-1000 is engineered for heavy-duty use and minimal operating cost. All components are installed on a 1/4" aluminum plate, which is mounted on a high quality aluminum dolly, with a welded aluminum drip tray. An 18 GPM pump provides sufficient capacity to clean tanks up to 5000 gallons.
