February 11, 2010 - Offering auto-tuning and remote control functions, vehicle-mount AR-75 boosts tactical radio signals from transceivers in 30-512 MHz band, providing 75 W power across entire frequency band. It is SINCGARS and HAVEQUICK compatible and offers switchable SATCOM low-noise amplifier (LNA) and RF power level control. Compact unit is manufacturer independent and works with AN/PRC-148, AN/PRC-152, AN/PRC-117, and PSC-5D military radios as well as other single and multi-band transceivers.

New Model AR-75 Delivers 75 watts Across the full 30 - 512 MHz Band

Bothell, WA - AR Modular RF recently announced the completion of a new 75-watt auto-tuning, multi-band tactical booster amplifier, designed to make it easy for troops to maintain constant, reliable communications in even the worst environments.

The new AR-75 booster amplifier boosts tactical radio signals from transceivers operating in the 30 - 512 MHz band, providing 75 watts of power across the entire frequency band. The unit is SINCGARS and HAVEQUICK compatible and offers auto-switching and remote control along with vehicle power supply spike and noise protection. The system also provides a switchable SATCOM low-noise amplifier (LNA) and RF power level control. The compact unit is designed to operate from military vehicle 24v power systems.

The model AR-75 booster amplifier is designed to be "manufacturer independent" and can be used with the following military radio types: AN/PRC-148, AN/PRC-152, AN/PRC-117, and PSC-5D as well as a wide variety of other single and multi-band transceivers.
