Photo tachometer provides range of 5–99,999 rpm, while stroboscope indicates 100–100,000 fpm/rpm. Microprocessor-based unit includes quartz crystal oscillator and operates with four 1.5 V AA batteries for portability. Five-digit LCD display features characters that reverse direction depending on measurement mode.

Kernco Instruments Co., Inc., is pleased to introduce the Catalog No. 461825 Combination Tachometer/Stroboscope. This model gives the operator a photo tachometer plus a stroboscope. It can be used in all industries for processing and observing RPM machine speeds as well as observing RPM, and analyzing machine behavior by freezing the cylic action of rotating objects. It has universal use.

• Stroboscope course and fine flash rate adjustments to freeze and analyze rotating objects
